I’m so happy I pulled the trigger on this one. I was surprisingly disappointed with everything they offered in Banff so I decided to do my own souvenir hunting. Was so happy when I stumbled upon this small shop. The quality is definitely there which makes me feel good about paying a little more and helping a small business. My custom order arrived much sooner than expected and it is just perfect. Glad I trusted my gut and sized up to the L as it fits exactly how I wanted it to!
I like the Shenandoah color change sweatshirts I received! I do wish that a proof was offered for the color change, because I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of how the embroidery design would change. It looks great, though! My only other piece of feedback was that it was hard to get in touch- I had a question, and I had to ask through the Etsy shop instead of through a website/email.
Hi Erin! I'm sorry for your disappointment with the final product. It is definetely complicated to offer customization options & we'd have to signficiantly raise the price to offer design consultation like you propose. We do our best by providing the gallery of past color swaps above and asking customers to communicate exactly what colors they want -- if they don't, then we go with what we think looks best!
