  1. Can't cover shipping costs -- we'll let you know the address to send to though!
  2. Can't always guarantee we'll have other sizes in stock, in which case, you'd be returning for a refund 
  3. Require the item be in its original condition
  4. Require you reach out and send back your item within 60 days of original delivery 

Once it's received & we can check it over, we can get the new one in the mail ASAP!

MY PACKAGE WASN'T DELIVERED

  1. Please double check the shipping address you provided, which can be seen in your Order Confirmation email
  2. Look at the link to your tracking and see if USPS has documented any delivery issues (such as Returned to Sender)
  3. Ask your family & neighbors to make sure it wasn't missed!
  4. Reach out to your local USPS office and provide the tracking number -- they are excellent about tracking it down! 
  5. Reach out to us -- we'll confirm you've done all the prior before processing a replacement!

SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH MY ORDER

If there is a minor flaw on the item that is due to Traildust's fault (packaging, manufacturing, etc), then a partial refund will be negotiated. 

If the item is unwearable or not wanted because of a flaw, a full refund will be processed on the condition the customer returns the item (we will provide shipping label) so that it can be upcycled and not go to waste.
