Shipping policy

Items are shipped by the United States Postal Service and occasionally, UPS. 

We do not process refunds for any failure to deliver on USPS/UPS part or on the customer (giving the wrong address, etc). We use insured shipping for all packages, protecting your package for up to $100 in reimbursement from USPS.

 A tracking number will be sent via email when your item is prepared for shipping.
